application to the Global Fund to fight AIDS, TB
and Malaria (GFATM) under the Round 11 Call for
Proposals. The CCM has identified the following
as key focus areas for Round 11:

an integrated package of primary health
services, including TB, HIV and maternal,
new born and child health (MNCH) at the
community and household level.
-
Strengthening prevention, diagnosis, care
and treatment of TB disease at community
level.
HSS and CSS activities are those that try to
improve the general systems and structures for
the delivery of health care services and
community-based interventions at community
level. Proposals or concept notes should be
guided by the health systems and community
system strengthening frameworks for Global Fund
(www.theglobalfund.org)

Proposals should also be aligned to the
Millennium Development Goals and other relevant
plans and strategies aimed to improve MNCH at

Strategy.
